Sefako is a seasoned academic, entrepreneur and engineer. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the engineering and construction industry. His skills range from design and construction supervision to project management. His hands-on experience covers concrete dam construction, water treatment works, water systems and road projects. He has mentored various emerging construction and consulting companies. Sefako holds a Doctorate in Project Management and Project Finance from the Paris School of Business, an MBA from De Montfort University and a BTech in Civil Engineering from the University of Johannesburg. His affiliations include Project Management South Africa, ECSA, WISA, IMESA, IPET and SAICE.

Mulifho is an experienced and pragmatic financial manager, with 20 years’ experience in finance. He has held various finance management and control roles in a plethora of industries including mining, real estate, finance institutions, hospitality, logistics, construction, and engineering. Mulifho holds a BCom in Accounting from the University of University of KwaZulu Natal and Graduate Certificates in Taxation from the University of Pretoria. He is an affiliate member of the Black Management Forum.

Thato is a skilled strategist, business manager and innovator. He has experience
in business & product development, business & process analysis, business architecture, strategy development, reporting and innovation management.
He has served as an Executive Associate to two Chief Operations Officers at Old Mutual Limited. He holds a BEng in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria, a National Diploma in Applied Project Management from Faculty Training Institute and a Disruptive Strategy Certification from Harvard Business School Online.

Obed is a classic designer, strategist, and project manager. He has been practising as a consulting civil engineer for over 25 years in various municipalities and government departments in South Africa, Zimbabwe, and Botswana. His professional experience includes the design and construction supervision of municipal services covering water supply, wastewater disposal roads and stormwater. Obed holds a BSc Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Zimbabwe and an MSc (Municipal Water Infrastructure) from IHE Delft Institute for Water Education. He is a member of SAICE, a registered Professional Engineer with ECSA and holder of a Level 7 Certificate in Labour Intensive Construction (LIC).

Lethu is a passionate and meticulous chartered accountant. She has extensive
audit experience from Ernst and Young (EY) Inc., where she audited various organisations in the mining and petroleum industry. She has also practiced as an accountant, responsible for various finance processes. Lethu hold a BCom in Accounting and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting Sciences from the University of Johannesburg. She is affiliated with SAICA as a qualified chartered accountant.

Rorisang is spirited human resources generalist. She refined her experience in all areas of HR through the establishment of the human capital function of the company. This has further developed her interest in  organisational policy development and employee wellbeing, which form part of her research topic for the degree she is currently completing – a BCom Honours in Industrial &; Organisational Psychology from UNISA. Rorisang holds a BCom in Human Resource Management from the University of Pretoria.
